Thanks Carl! That makes sense. The Battle of 1812 was fought in New Orleans, led by Andrew Jackson.

Great image, love these memorial statues!

Thank you Julie, I think this depicts the war of 1812!

About Robert Hebert

Robert Hebert

BETTER LATE THAN NEVER TO CHASE ONE'S DREAM I spent 25 years working on tractor trailer trucks and am now pursuing my dream of Photography. I grew up in South Louisiana, lived in Nashville and when I met my wife, we both chased our dreams to the West Coast. We are now living in Los Angeles County. We are happy, healthy, goal-oriented and LOVE being alive. I love the drama of black and white photos, and have color copies of all of my black and whites, so if you see something you like but would like to see it in color--or vice versa--please ask. I aim to please!
